There is a thread on the MF called semi confrimed Sam has left!! apparently his odds are different.I don't know if this is true or not. I don't think it can be true though.

They look the same to me as they were earlier today - 3:1 and thereabouts. If you click on the square next to Gina's name you get a graph of any changes and Gina's are in a straight line meaning they are the same.

If Sam is gone then I think Dexter will win. Sam was gaining many Anti-Gina fans and they will know that Dex is the only one who can stop Gina from winning
