Josie has been up early doing her workout and a bike ride...Josie has really done well with keeping herself fit...well done Josie.xx
JohnJames has also done very well keeping himself very fit and healthy looking..well done JohnJames be very proud of yourself.xx
Would be great if JohnJames was to do a fitness DVD...helping others to bulk up...just as hard to bulk up..put weight on..as it is for some to loose weight.xx
