Was very busy myself yesterday..went to tesco..came home ..friend phoned so we went to the Bullring..by the time i came home it was almost time for BB..i was shattered..but had a lovely day mooching round the Market.xx

delighted to see John James tweet a birthday message to one of his fans.xx

Josie was very brave going to the dentist..to have her fillings removed..not a place i like going to..delighted Josie was pleased with the end results.xx

hope Josie makes an appointment to see the Doctor about her headache..before she jets off on her holiday to Ibiza.xx

l am ready for a nap myself..just had a roast chicken dinner..chicken..stuffing..sprouts..carrots..mash..roast pots..gravy..feel very uncomfortable..keep saying i must stop being greedy...but i do love a good old roast.xx

would love to know if John James has done any cooking since moving back to Auss..surely John James does not eat McDonals every day.xx

would have been great to watch John James on some cookery prog..when he was living over in the UK..just think of all the lovely meals he could have thrown together..pity John James never returned to the UK..or to the celeb life..such a shame..well and truely miss not seeing John James on TV etc.xx
