hospital visit was only for bloods today.. my hospital check up is next week ..i have bloods taken a week before my check up..consultant then talks everything through with my lungs.

Carvery was lovely..had beef..i always go for the roast beef/carrots/swede/yorkshire pud/gravy/roast and mash.xx

was lovely and fresh this morning.xx
gone very chilly now..infact i am now in bed..watching Emmerdale..with a cup of tea and a chunky kit kat.xx

John James should be all tucked up in dream land..unless he is rolling in from a night out.xx

hope Josie manages to have some early nights..she must be shattered with all the media work she has been doing.xx

fancy Josie forgetting last night was halloween..what is she like..mind you she was busy with her work out..putting her friend through the mill.xx

Josie is all excited about having a new office..hope there will be plenty of room so Roxy can lounge about in there..dare say Josie will be spending a great deal of her time in the new office.xx

wonder if John James has an office in his house..would be great to hear what John James is up to..one day he may shock us all..and share some news with us.xx
