be careful going out first thing in the mornings with your rubbish to the bins..this weather of ours changes so quick..very wet and cold today..no frost..i know how the weather effects the breathing..damp/cold/snow/frost weather effects me terrible..nightmare when you can't breathe.

Josie had a great night..raving away at the O2 to Jaguar Skills..never heard of that band..is it a heavy rock band..delighted Josie and her girls enjoyed themselves.xx
