Hi there Muckers and loys Dose anyone remember me ????? I am original JJJer posting on here at the start of big bro with Josie and John in it and I followed them and adored em both still to this day. I posted and was on here everyday fro about 2 yrs but then life took over and when I logged in today to see how things are(great to see thread still going strong)it said last logged in 2012!!! Anyway how are you all? I don't know if its all newbies now ? I came back as am currently watching through my Josie dvds and reading her book and it made me miss the thread. If anyone remembers I was a big girl then before Josie did lost 5 st and did great I met my partner who is lush my very own John James lol (although he looks nowt like John) however since 2012 I've regained it all and more grrrr my man don't care he loves me and likes it that my boobies r bigger lol but I am gutted with myself. reading Josie's book is really helping me and I believe as I start my weight loss journey again that this will be for life now Josie is my thinspriration!!! so that's me and my news hope everyone is well love ya all.

Hi again also is there anyone that is also doing or done the 21 day fat burn? if so can someone plse enlighten me on reps Im confused? when Josie says count your reps dose she mean all reps in total eg, repetitive sit ups and stretches etc what ever they are dose she mean all repetitive exercises in the 5 mins or just the first set of reps I don't get it??? thanks
