I`ve had Netflix for 2 weeks on free trial and not watched a single film. Their catalogue is absolute rubbish.
I mean have you seen what their latest offerings are ![]() http://netflixukcompletelist.blogspot.co.uk/ |

What do you expect for £5.99 a month? All the latest Hollywood flicks?

If they cant offer that for £5.99 then they shouldnt offer a £5.99 option at all.

^^agree with Peter, what do you want for £5.99. Go pay sky £30+ for all the latest films if your so intent on seeing them. Ive had NF for over a year now and with a DNS service like Unblock it nearly matches Sky in the film stakes, and a lot of the time actually beats them.
What I like is because its a virtual world they can store many films that will never get a showing on sky or older films that Sky won't hold. |

you can get the us list unlocked too
If you still don't like the UK list you can unlock like 5k extra shows from the US list. There are a few ways to do it but the best one that actually works is here: http://netflix.iwantthatrightnow.com

Think I'd much rather spend a little extra for www.unblock-us.com over Turboflix and get access to all regions rather than just the U.S. region.

Agree with spending a little extra on a better product my choice is unotelly, most of the paid ones such as unblock, unotelly, unlocator etc give you access to far more than netflix regions too, you'll get things such as Pandora, HBOGO, Xfinity etc.

Yeah agree with that, I'm currently watching the latest episodes of Gotham on FoxNow via AppleTV. Same with Arrow and The Flash via The CW and Once Upon A Time S4 on WatchABC.

Do you need a subscription to these channels e.g. Foxnow The CW or just swap to usa region on apple tv and they become available to watch?
. With FoxNow some programs are locked and require a Network subscription to watch them, but for Gotham its unlocked so can watch those episodes the day after they air. WatchABC requires a Network sub for recently aired, but episodes are available for free a week after air date. The CW doesn't require a subscription at all. The CW is only available via web browser or mobile app, so for me I use the app on iPhone and AirPlay via AppleTV. WatchABC app on AppleTV isn't supported by unblockUs, but the mobile app is so I Airplay that also. (Some require AirPlay Mirroring for them to show on screen) To get the likes of The CW and WatchABC apps you will need to create a US iTunes account to download the apps to iPhone or iPad though which is pretty simple to do. |

I don't know if this is new (but I have only just found it) but there are now lots of TED Talks on Netflix UK.
For me, thats a great addition. Personally I really like Netflix. I watch it on YouView - its perfect for me. Lots of movies and TV shows that I haven't seen before. |

Im pretty sure amazon instant have walking dead, the 1st series anyway, so chances of being on netflix are unlikely until they figure out how to have everything available globally

who is kidding who here Netflix is crap
I ve had on going problems with Netflix and they dont seem to know what 's going on they pass me back to Virgin Media and VM pass me back to NF
In the latest saga whilst watching a film last night within 20minutes and 30minutes each time it seems to power up again and the message on the screen states "Your device may not be connected to the internet. please make sure your connection is working and try again" I put on the internet and pressed ok although I had been watching a film before and everything was fine without the internet being on , so what is going on anyone out there help me as this is not worth watching although the films are good |

Completely lost as to why you're trying to watch Netflix with your "internet off" or why you'd turn your internet off in the first place? Do you mean you turn your router off?

Erm it's a streaming device, you need a constant internet connection.

Netflix can't work without a constant internet connection. |

I've been watching Breaking Bad lately. It's wonderful.
![]() Thinking of watching Pretty Little Liars next and seeing if I like that. I only ever get Netflix now and again. I like that they allow you to cancel it whenever you want. |

(I'm still paying 5.99) Seen all of BB from start to finish a couple of times, and individual episodes, and groups of episodes way more than twice. And Just finished rewatching both seasons of the excellent Netflix series House of Cards. Film wise in the last few months a dozen notable fairly recent ones, including: Birdman Whiplash The Imitation Game Foxcatcher Prisoners A few others missed first time around: Zodiac and The Fighter to name just two off the top of my head.Since joining NF seen several of the popular US series like The Walking Dead/Dexter/+++ that have some depth to them ![]() Yes. I guess you could say I like NF! |

I have noticed a improvement on UK Netflix lately with more recent film choices becoming available but it's still not close to having the selection you get on US Netflix and even the Canada and Australia versions. Could do with a few more decent TV options as well, once you're done with Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy there isn't much else.
All in all though for £5.99 per month it's a pretty good service. |
