No not really.
Tbh i only recommend a dual sim phone if you need a dual sim phone. The best place to buy a A820 would be from Etotalk for $130 + shipping. Do you know what you want to do with your phone? Do you have a budget? What network will it be used on? |

In that case it might be better to buy a phone in the UK which is good for your needs. There are a lot of risks importing a phone. For example you don't have a UK warranty, nor do you have any manufacturer/third party support. Also issues could arise with shipping. Buying a phone in the UK eliminates those issues and tbh you can probably get a good deal in the UK on a budget smartphone.

The Lumia 520 would be an excellent phone i think. £115.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00BM24PMY/ref=nosim Calls, text and internet browsing. + Apps to choose from, nokia maps/sat nav, microsoft office support etc... It's a good budget phone for the price. Alternatively there is the Galaxy Ace 2 which can be had for £120 on a PAYG upgrade from CPW if you're eligible for that. That would be a good phone to go for. |

In that case take a look at the Acer Liquid Gallant duo which is a dual sim phone at around £140 from a uk seller.
http://www.expansys.com/acer-liquid-...-black-234432/ There is also the Xperia J that you can consider. If you want to buy the Lenovo make sure you buy it from etotalk and tick the box for the "Mod rom" you can untick everything else. Just be aware of the risks if you do decide to import. |

I was leaning towards etotalk. I currently have a ZTE Blade but it's on it's last legs unfortunately. |

No worries. On the main page just make sure the mod rom is selected. As without it you won't get access to google play, plus you'll end up with a phone in Chinese with every Chinese app ever haha. You can untick all the other options because they're not needed.

I ended up ordering one from merimobiles.com. I ordered it on November 1, it was shipped on November 4 but i'm still yet to receive it. It definitely should have been here by now but I have no tracking info and Royal Mail know nothing about it. It might have been held at customs but I haven't had any correspondence from them either. It's going to be a right pain chasing all this up.
