The businesswoman was seen straddling a CEO and flashing her derriere in a taxi after a night out in London on Tuesday night.
Clearly Luisa, 26, had forgotten where she was, and who she was surrounded by, as her face contorted with horror as she jumped out of the gentleman's lap.
The lucky man was Michael Acton Smith,CEO, Creative Director and founder of kids entertainment company Mind Candy, who had joined Zissman had the upmarket Nobu Berkely.
According to onlookers, the pair had tried to get separate cabs after attempting to gain entrance to Mayfair nightclub Funky Buddha, where they headed after leaving the Japanese restaurant at approximately 1am.
But if the two were trying to be subtle, they absolutely failed once Luisa wrapped her legs around the businessman.
And to make matters worse for Zissman, the split in her dress made it impossible for her to straddle Michael without keeping her modesty, with her derriere close to being on show, and from the looks of things she had gone commando for the evening.
Luisa regained some form of dignity once she sat back on the taxi seat, but the shocked look on her face meant she was clearly feeling embarrassed by the situation.
Michael on the other hand looked pretty laid back, which is unsurprising considering he's been called 'the polite Bob Geldof'.
