I don't think any character has ever irritated me as much as Kaz, and we barely know her!!
So what is it you don't like about Kaz?

I haven't watched the latest episode yet, but it seems that Ferguson is willing to go to any lengths in order to get what she wants. That must have been bloody excruciating for her when they shoved that in her. Bea's going to go crazy, especially when the conjugal visits get stopped. So that's how Ferguson got released from the psychiatric unit. She allowed her doctor to have sex with her and then threatened him to release her or she'd make a complaint and allow them to take evidence.

It was hilarious seeing Kaz's face when all the women were cheering Bea on. Bea knew she had no choice but to attack Mr Jackson because of him not slotting her when she asked him to. She was losing the women's support and he was basically broadcasting that Bea had a soft spot for him. You know, I wouldn't be surprised if Ferguson knew that that light blonde-haired lass would tell Bea about the plan to attack Mr Jackson and that after he had been saved, he wouldn't punish Bea, which would then result in her having to attack him in order to get the women's support back. There's one problem for Bea now though, and that's how long will she be in solitary for? The longer she's there, the more chance there is of Bea losing the women's support and Kaz getting it.

The last two episodes were a cracking few hours of entertainment.

Yes it's far fetched but so are all prison dramas (Oz included which went absolutely batshit crazy over it's last few seasons).

Joan is simply a stone cold psychopath, the way she manipulated the doctor and used the gang-rape to gain Kaz's trust was chilling and also rather spectacular!

Pamela is such a star!

Now Bea is out of the way after beating the crap out of Will and Maxine has worries of her own Joan will really be putting the psychological boot in.

Bring it on.

Double ep repeat last night. Somebody needs to tell Maxine going commando in those pants isn't a good idea, very noticeable package in one shot and she's supposed to be post op.

Implausible or not I'm still loving Joan, that smirk to the camera when Kaz held her and said she'd protect her, chilling! Noticed on 2nd watch that she was playing on Kaz's subconscious by making an open vag sign over her crotch with her hands while buttering her up. Wonder if there's going to be an affair there?

Poor old Booms, and after he'd been working out too!

Her main role in Prisoner was Daphne Graham - a prisoner that suffered with PMS. One of the Barnhurst 5 which didn't go down well with the majority of fans.

There's a hell of a lot going on at the moment and I'm not quite sure where it's all heading! But, its pretty riveting and I'm loving it all the same.

I only vaguely remember what she looks like but who was Pippa from Home & Away playing tonight? Kaz's mother?

Yeah she was

The Freaks plan backfired, when Maxi didn't squash her hand in the press

Ah, thanks, thought so.

Pamela Rabe was just great (as ever) in that laundry scene. She had no dialogue, but, she didn't any. Brilliant none the less. Much as I think she's an amazing character and I'm enjoying it at present I think I want her gone after this series though, I'm not sure how much further they can take all this before it potentially descends into farce.

So what is it you don't like about Kaz?
I'll be completely honest.... my main problem is that I hate it when these shows build up with the same characters and then bring in new ones that are "challengers". It unsettles me. Plus she's supposed to be a huge "womens rights" activist, yet she's obviously riling Bea up and she knows it. I just think she kind of needs to get over herself. The explanation in tonights episode of her backstory was interestig and really kind of sad (huge props to Tammy for the acting there! Cracking job), but it was kind of obvious where her hatred of men comes from because it's really a commonly (Id go as far as saying overused) used story in tv.

Is there something we don't know between the Freak and Tasha? Definitely got the impression they knew each other, or was Ferguson just eyeing her up as a victim? I'm not sure which way to read that

Doreen is still really annoying. I loved her in series one, and I do have a real soft spot for her little family, but my god she's annoying,

Bea and Allie were actually kind of sweet. I didn't expect to like thw idea of where they may be heading with this, but I could be won over......

The new screw obviously has something to hide or is up to something, and yet again I'm wondering if he has a prior connection to Ferguson? Definitely something up there. Hilarious seeing Vera go all doe eyed over him. (Although I did have a bit of an "oh my god, Pippa AND Hugo from Home and Away" moment ) I did feel a bit sorry for her when Jake was talking about Hep C inmates and the nurse (name has escaped me, I fare so little) clearly found is amusing.

Juice knowing about somethig building between Bea and Allie is well....... a bit juicy.

Overall, I enjoyed that episode.

I'm not sure that any PVR can follow a programme across channels - my Humax certainly didn't. It is one of the penalties of setting up a series link without keeping a check on what is happening.

Luckily I was skipping through this thread and picked up on the channel change. I don't know how people cope if they don't belong to DS!
My main concern is whether my tivo recording planner will pick up on the change. I have it on series link- anyone know?
The Virgin Medira TiVo can pick up shows from other channels, but it depends upon which software you have as to how it does this.

If you are on the old software, the Series Link can be set to look at one or more channels as you require.

If you are on the new software currently being rolled out, you will have the choice of one channel or 'All'.

'All' (channels) will check every single channel that shows the programme in question.

Poor Allie. I thought Joan was going to do what Nola McKenzie did to poor Paddy Lawson at first.
