Jerk spices
Hey,
For tea today I had some chicken marinated in jerk seasoning and it was really good actually, I loved it Bit spicy though and a bit too salty, so maybe I'll not season beforehand ![]() Thinking of having jerk pork next time. If you do a marinade, whats a good ratio of spices to oil? Say 1tsp spices to the same of oil, or more than that? |

I couldn't tell you about ratios, as I'd usually do it by taste, however, I found a reasonable looking marinade on-line here:

1tsp spices to same of oil is about right.
you can also try yogurt instead of oil. |
