It doesn't claim to be HD and the main description does say it has a native resolution of 800x600 so no real attempt to mislead. Ideally the title would say "supports 1080p" rather just "1080p" to make it clearer but they haven't done much wrong.

It should be pointed out that 1080p is NOT a screen resolution.

I'd disagree and say it is very misleading - most people would be looking for something that says full HD or 1080p and that then go with that and probably don't know what supports 1080p means.

It doesn't even mention HD let alone "full HD" and clearly says right near the top that the resolution is 800x600.

1080p is a signal definition and the projector does support that, some older projectors may not. I'd say it was far less misleading than the recent TV adverts pushing forward "edge lit LED" in a manner that suggested edge lit was in some way superior to the alternative.
