Here are the rules for the Vuelta a Espana fantasy game.
The Vuelta a Espana fantasy game, is your chance to be manager for your own cycling team. You will be given 50.000.000 virtuel euros to buy riders for. Your team should consist of 1 captain, 1 sprinter, 2 climbers, 2 lieutenants, 3 support riders and one coach/team.
The riders value will change based, on how well they are doing in the Vuelta a Espana and when the riders change value, so does your team. The purpose of the game is to increase your team value as much as possible. Every stage is considered a round, and after each round will there be given points/euros.
REMEMBER: You are only allowed to create one team in the game "Vuelta a Espana".
TRANSFERS
Between each round you will have the possibility to make changes in your team and sell those players who dissapointed you. Untill the game starts the transfers are free, but when the game is active, there will be a transferfee of 1% of the new players value.
Example:
Selling: Daniel Moreno, value €7.000.000.
Buying: Jakob Fuglsang, value €5.000.000.
transfer fee: €50.000 ( 1% of Jakob Fuglsang value).
total price of the Jakob Fuglsang: €5.050.000.
If the price of the new player is higher then the price of the old player, plus the money in your bank, you cant buy him. No teams can have less then €0 in the bank.
The transferperiods will start, when the round is finished and the points has been updated. updating a round normally takes 2-24 hours, depending on how many games there is active on transferfury.com.

- If a rider from Team Sky wins a stage, then each rider on Team Sky will get 50.000€
Team time-trial
- In a event of a team time-trial, this point schedule replaces the stage results and team bonus.

Coach points
- The coach/team will be getting points, based on how good your coach/team does in the team general classification, on each stage.
- Ithe team classification is calculated by adding the times of the three best riders of each team per stage; time bonuses and penalties are ignored. On the team time trial the coach cant earn points.
