I was only listening to Vanessa on radio 2 this afternoon and wistfully thinking about her being a possible big celebrity signing for Strictly Come Dancing, I do hope the producers pull out all the stops to get her on board the show.

OK perhaps not quite a full A list celebrity, but Vanessa is closer to it than many we have had to suffer in silence with on Strictly Come Dancing in the past.
Not one genuine 'A' lister has ever appeared on Strictly - what would be the point? Strictly is strictly for 'stars' trying to relaunch a career, reposition themselves or have a laugh and get paid for it.
