They cocked my online order up, but didn't really put me out in anyway, I ordered it one night, then got a phone call of them the next night to say my order hadn't gone through. The man from BT told me I had a couple of options, I could do the order with him over the phone for £21per mth incl anytime calls, but he wouldn't be able to process the £75 sainsburys voucher, or I could reorder online at the normal rate and claim my voucher. A bit of a no brainer for me really, it was cheaper on the £21.00per mth deal, besides that nearest Sainsburys is 20miles away.
