If that is the case then under 8million to over 9million is very good.

Much better retention for X Factor last night, averaging a strong 9.6m. Looks like a few other factors may have affected the Saturday rating.

The sunday show always seems to rate higher though doesn't it? I wonder why that is?

Interesting to see that What Remains virtually retained its entire audience from last week. As did Vera. Although isn't that a slight increase for Vera?

I said yesterday that X Factor would be over 9m on Sunday. More available viewers. No way I could see it dropping to 8.5m like some here. Thought that was too low a prediction.

ITV exc +1

Corrie -7.29million

X Factor -9.12million

Vera - 4.78million

Slight drop for Vera and XF, but a rise for Corrie.

Surprisingly poor - you'd have been entitled to think that Deborah Meadon's appearance on Strictly would have given it a slight boost but obviously not.

Because there are more casual viewers available.

That's including plus one isn't it Mike just posted and the X Factor was under 8mil without plus 1 as was Corri under 7mil which isn't great for both.

Mike TeeVee's figures are SD + HD. +1 not included.

What are you talking about, all programmes on the BBC have their hd figures added in automatically. ITV have them separate as they are much bigger. You can't just keep the +1 and hd separate just to suite your agenda.

Not sure what you mean, I have to post SD & HD separately as that's how my company gets the figures

I thought people prefer to have figure ASAP, rather than wait for me to add them up

The other big FTA have their SD & HD figures together, as they release a separate HD figure (from what I've been told)

Dragon's Den has similar demos to The X Factor so of course it was going to be dented. BBC2 have scheduled it wrongly again. 8pm is fine if it's not going to be facing TXF for its entire run.

Mike
Thanks for those. How did the Sunday afternoon repeat of Saturdays XF do? 2.35pm - 3.40pm itv.

Also big star, little stars repeat after that from 3.40 to 4.45pm if you have them?

Mike, any chance of the F1 ratings please? (both BBC and Sky, not sure if you'll have the latter though) Thanks.

I think ITV do better with films in that slot, but what films can they show?

I just think its had its run TBH, i give up on it a while back, but then its not many running shows that i stick with and generally feel they go past their best and then just keep going and going ............
