The other night, when they were choosing the first nominee, her eye looked really bloodshot.
I wondered why that was - another cucumber incident maybe ![]()

oh yes indeed, although i have popped in sometimes in the middle of a serious conversation and slunk quietly out again
![]() but yes it's such a relief to know you can make a post and get a response that isn't bullet shaped ![]() even if you like a housemate and they say/do something a bit stupid if you just repeat it it can be like the charge of the light brigade bearing down on you ![]() i love how different posters come in (Bagshot is a good example, who was really nice and answered stuff in here about a debate that was horrendous in the main forum) some stay some pop in and leave little gems it's great..... have you any housemates you like yet? or are you a neutral? What about you. Do like anyone? |

I'm still unsure how I feel about Lauren. Each night she looks worse, it's making me sad

I think Lauren of everyone in there is hyperaware of how she's being watched and scrutinized. The rest may or may not have seen the show, but she was (and still is) in the superfan category. As soon as they were isolated for the cult twist, she seemed to shut down, and I wonder how much of that has to do with her obsessing over how that went over outside.

Totally neutral atm. A few I don't like and a few I didn't expect to like but do. I thought Courtney was going to be a nightmare and find her quite sweet. Charlotte is misguided and I neither shocks me or amuses me but she has so much potential if she just stops her potty mouth. Ron makes me nervous in case he says something controversial.
What about you. Do like anyone? like you i thought Courtney would be a nightmare but i have warmed to her and she has been very sweet. I also agree with you about charlotte i am neither shocked nor amused i just find her puerile and tedious. i think Abz deserved a VC after Sophie took him hostage that night so i admire his self control! mario, is just a bit dull. bruce is mainly covering Sam's shifts at tesco a few of them can say/do something funny one minute and the next are ![]() who else is there? Dustbin seems like an ok guy i do like how he is so enthusiastic about the game, (he is not so jaded as us viewers regarding "twists") for example when the CoC was revealed he thought it was funny (it was funny on live feed last night when the set fell apart and he had to tell BB he could see through into the studio) Mainly i am just happy they are awake for live feed ![]() have i missed anyone out? |

You mean she wants to be liked and to come across well? She does seem very aware of her surroundings doesn't she? I think she was actually banned from a morning show over here.

Ron? Vicky? Danielle?
like you i am on tenterhooks with Ron, apart from the tension/apprehension, i find him rather unappealing mainly from his conversational skills, those tumbleweed silences are funny though! vicky has had a few moments but i didn't like her Callum monologue in the garden the other night seemed a bit sour..... danielle...i like her voice, er......er..........i liked her hair getting stuck in the brush.....er......i think if she stays in there will come a point where she will have enough if sophie pushes it with her. |

![]() Now I have just heard that old thing on Qi that if you give enough monkeys enough time on a keyboard they will come up with the works of Shakespeare. Put me in mind of D the S's collection of DS threads going back to 2001. How's it looking Dave? Are we getting anywhere near a master piece yet?

Recovered from last night? It was like opening a can of Guinness and waiting for the widget to clang into operation with its fizzing sound only for nothing to happen; flat beer
