However, she goes back much further than that, they nicked her from the Babylonian myths (she's in the Epic of Gilgamesh), where she was a demon / vampire - hence my nicknaming Lauren Lilith.
In fact, it goes back further - Akkadian, then Sumerian and Assyrian (or possibly the other way round, I can never remember the order of those two).
