Funny thing is that I have a hunch the young women we speak of tonight - baby doll nighties for dresses, throwing up and BJ's before baking are the self same women who are so quick to judge the morality of the Danicas and Hazels.

The sense I got on those fairly contentious threads was that it was the older women who were cutting some slack and the younger ones who were condemning them

I am still as it happens totally intrigued by this girl code thing. I thought it was just a Gina thing but speaking to friends with late teenage/twenty something friends apparently there is more to it than Gina imposing her view of the world.

Perhaps the lack of personal responsibility has led to some need for some sort of external rule system to begin to develop.

Thats lovely. You must miss your sons terribly though. Sydney is long way to go.

I was actually born in Bolton lol! If you have never lived in a city I wouldnt recommend trying it. The adjustment is too great. Too many differences in the way things are "done".

Rabid Wolverine was the nick name of (at the time) one of my favourite professional wrestlers Chris Benoit. (Former WCW and WWE World Heavyweight Champion). But in June 2007 Mr. Benoit no showed a pay per view citing a family emergency, over the next 2 days proceeded to strangle his Wife and 7 year old son before hanging himself.

It reportedly came down to he suffered psychological conditions due to so many concussions. But in hindsight yes a bad choice and I really should have changed it but it was just so people remembered.

But yeah Mr. Benoit was bat shit crazy”

Well this comment led to some googling... How very sad.

Bolton Wanders 4 Sheffield Wednesday 0. No Bolt On Wednesday's Goal.

Been a funny old day/night.
Thought the jungle was fairly quiet, except for the racism threads. HLs went to pieces very quickly on Carol's warning, and the BBOTS bit seems slack this season - then even WHATM took some going at first.

Must rein in a bit, that's two nights on the trot the conversations drifted to other subjects . But to be honest, until the last bit, I'd completely drifted from the house, and looks like a lot of others did too.

Have just been perusing tonight's offerings in the latest great racism debate. I have to say the standard is well below par - all one liners and border line name calling. Wasn't worth the effort to join in.

I flipped though briefly during LF also. Came to the same conclusion.
I'm sort of hoping that they'll wear themselves out now having vented spleen over and over again already. Some of the early protagonists haven't bothered, which may be a good sign.

Yes it s shame too because I think left tot heir own devices we could have quite a watchable and interesting bunch here. Just enough neuroisis to be interesting but articulate enough to make sentences. However BB saw to it that one issue has dominated the forums at least so for now at least there will be nothing else talked about.
