Yesterday, I briefly visited my local Sony Centre, however no news to report other than September-ish. Sony addict I may be (and as you can see from the left, already have 2 DVB's from them), however no amount of coaxing (even if it was free!) will make me part with my credit card for either of the Sony white elephants... basically no twin no win, sorry Sony, you really have missed the boat this time... and I actually feel in the past 18 months or so that they are losing direction as a whole which is worrying for such a technology stalwart

The Sony software division has all the power and has effectively crippled the hardware arm of the company. Why don't they just put us all out of our misery by closing down their electronics division and concentrating on film and music instead.
