Reports in France claim Celtic have now signed Lassana Diarra - reports is Scotland suggest we haven't.

Cracking semi finals line up, can't understand though why only 1 gets televised. It's a major competition. Also I'd love to see the league cup copy England and have 2 legged semi finals.
Dundee Utd v Aberdeen, potential for huge crowd yet to accommodate Hampden may have to be used but won't be near full, they could use ER but then only 20,000 could get in. I'd imagine a 2 legged semi would have seen 4 full houses between the 2 games. Some cracking ties in the Scottish Cup aswell.... Hearts v Celtic Dundee v Aberdeen Motherwell v Dundee Utd Also got my tickets for Scotland v Ireland today, seated in Jock Stein stand. If offers me Lisbon Lions lower or South but click for 2 tickets and they disappear. I think I've got a restricted view now but looks like a sell out. Will be cracking atmosphere. Friday night under the lights. |

The only people who would watch the Aberdeen vs Dundee Utd game on the TV would be at Hampden anyway. It is still a diddy cup no matter what way you look at it.

Seems incredible that the current top 14 teams in Scotland all drew each other in the scottish cup draw

It's almost unbelievable. They did remember to shake up the bag, pot or whatever ?
![]() Five to seven spl teams out before Xmas doesn't do the competition any favours, especially if you support a team who might then be out of both cups |

I don't like a round of the scottish cup with big teams before Xmas not sure why they do this now.

It's nearly as silly as waiting 3 months to play a semi final.

The Rangers v Killie is the third pick game - BBC get second pick. I'm surprised they passed up on a trip to Ibrox.
You've got Hibs to thank for the predictability behind our league TV games. They flagged up that teams are obligated to move only four home games. With us playing United and Celtic at home twice each pre-split, that's our allocation eaten up. I'd like to think, though, we'd be willing to move a post-split game if it turns out to be crucial to one team or the other. |

4 games unbeaten in Europe and a decent chance of getting through to the knock out stages.
That'll do for me. |

Is the centre circle at the Motherwell Dundee match more like an egg than a circle or is it just my eyes?
