Do they normally wait to see if Queen's Park make it to the semis before they confirm whether or not Hampden Park will be the venue?

Just 37 - probably won't see 40 sadly ... things like this put everything in perspective.

Play offs, 3rd plays 4th with the winner playing the team who finished 2nd. The winner of that then plays the team who finished 11th in the SPFL. All ties are over two legs.
Wouldn't it be easier to use the same format as Leagues 1 and 2? The new format would mean too many games and will take too long.

absolutely scunnered with what happened at Cappielow tonight, never seen such a one sided refereeing performance. Heading for extra time he awrds St Johnstone a free kick, that long haired tosser May takes it Novo blocks the cheating **** in charge orders a retake, May moves the ball forward by quite a bit, keeper fumbles the ball and they score.

Think the ref was offered a ride on a tractor after the match or probably had them on his coupon, the cheating ...

This is the video of Fernando announcing it live on Dutch tv. 20 minutes in. It's a hard watch and it's clear to see it's already affecting him pretty badly

Hibs 0 -1 Hearts

What a belter of a result that was for the Jambos and against all the odds with pratically an under 21 side on the pitch.

Well done lads

feel sorry for any team that has the incompetent fool john mckendrick refereeing their game this Saturday. worst official i have seen in a long time.

i was at Hamilton the night they bullied Craig Thomson and his linesman into disallowing a Morton goal but McKendrick stooped to a new level of sh***ness.

I'd expect both semi-finals to be in Edinburgh, although Hibs are at home that weekend so Easter Road might be a problem, even on the Sunday.

Why? The scottish cup final is supposed to be a showpiece event and seems logical to host it at the best and biggest stadium in the country.

No great surprise to see that Pat Fenlon has left Hibs before he was given the boot.

Player could be in serious trouble if this turns out to be true..

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24763516

There isn't really any excuse for physically attacking anyone on the pitch even if you disagree with them...
