Some set of balls on the big handed Yorkshire racist who used to be in charge at Ibrox.
From a club that had Tonev banned for 7 games for racism, Leigh Griffiths looking likely to be banned so you are panic signing Carlton Cole and Ciftci who bites people and you are on about Green? You couldn't make it up

You seem to be contradicting yourself there.
Players could make more working and playing part time than they could at most full time clubs, why is that contradictory?

You'd better tell Labrokes that they aren't sponsoring the top league. They'll be wondering what they are paying for.
Rangers are going up that's why. Where was your deal when Clydesdale left?

Don't be jealous Frankie Boy. One day when you have a job you might be able to go on holiday as well.
I thought you were getting washed.

Is that the same Ajax team who are top of the Dutch league?
As if that means much. Aberdeen are top of the league and still got horsed off some bunch of nobodies.

I didn't hail it as anything.
Yeah course not. Just going on about them being top of the league or some other crap trying to talk them up. Like Celtic they'd be in the Champions League if they were that good.

Enjoy the Petrofac Cup Frankie.
I will. You enjoy that coefficient getting wrecked.

The coefficient isn't in any meaningful danger for some years yet.

Must be why we dropped a place then. Even Kazakhstan has a team in the Champions League and Scotland has 1 team out of 4 left in the diddy tournament. Deila and co have the cheek to say they should go straight into the Champions League when their biggest recent European 'win' is courtesy of someone ticking the wrong box.

I said "meaningful".

Dropping that place doesn't affect the number of European spots, nor does it affect the rounds at which teams enter. We need to drop another two just to see the cup winners enter a round earlier, and another 28 to actually lose a spot.

Only Celtic have qualified for any group stage, whether Europa or Champions League in the last 5 years. The other Scottish teams have been poor in the qualifying rounds.

I don't think you can say Aberdeen have been poor in their last two campaigns. We knocked out a good Croat team this season and were a match for Kairat who have some quality players including one that was on the bench in the Champions League final two years ago. Last season we knocked a Dutch team out and were still well in the tie against Sociedad with 20 minutes left.

All these teams are probably on a par with Celtic, it's the previous years crap performances that mean AFC and other teams will always face good teams in the latter qualifying rounds.

Its still poor when you don't get to the group stages. We failed to get to group stages of Champions League for two years, that's poor but luckily we get in Europa group stages instead. We really need all the Scottish teams to get into group stages of Europa or Champions League. No easy task I would agree.

Disappointing but I don't think you can say poor. Gohou the Kairat striker is on around £25k per week. I dread to think what Tymoschuk is earning with them and they have others on £20k+ per week. They are also 4 points clear of Astana in their league who have qualified for the CL. Their resources blow Aberdeen out the water so I don't think anyone can say it's poor that they beat us on aggregate.

What is poor though is losing 8-1 on aggregate to Sigma Olomouc etc.

Ross County 3-0 up before half time against Falkirk who are 2nd in the Championship.

Looks like a gulf in class between decent top flight clubs and the league below.

Surely their result tonight proves Aberdeen are not ready to challenge for the Championship?

Tonight was Hibs cup final, biggest team they will play this season.

Raised their game on the big occasion, fair play to them.

Yeah I can imagine Stubbs' team talk:

"Listen lads, you are playing against a team that got beat off a team that had a player on the subs bench of the Champions League final two years ago!"

Real fairy tale stuff. That was your first team and you still only managed 1 shot on target. Your fans actually think you can win the league, which is

As for biggest team, you're not famous anymore

Aberdeen are the biggest team Hibs have played so far.

That will only change if they draw Celtic in either cup.

They've already played the biggest team in Scotland twice and were beaten both times. Bigger team in Scotland than Rangers with no fans, a tiny ground and couldn't reach the Europa league group stage to save their life, good one. Like you telling me Dundee are the biggest team in Dundee.

I think Hibs have played Celtic more than twice in their existence.

I know they are your big team but concentrate on your own diddy team. Aberdeen bigger than Rangers, about as deluded as them thinking they can win the league

The 'gulf in class' just got closed last night.

What makes you think Hibs are my "big team"?

Aberdeen bigger than Rangers.
It's not difficult to be bigger than a non-existent club.

Can the diddys give up that lie? It's been proven by Lord Nimmo, FIFA, UEFA, the ASA, Neil Doncaster as being the same club, I mean do you need it written on the moon to understand it? It's like you telling me Dundee are top of the league despite all evidence pointing to the contrary and you repeating it over and over.

I know Dundee is behind the times but the news should have reached there that it's the same club.

News doesn't seem to have reached Dave King.

It's the same club. A diddy team that has been in administration as much as yours has and the humping you took at the weekend should be keeping his head down. You concentrate on finishing outside the play off spot as Hibs would beat you comfortably.
