Amazing the Tic fans here slagging off us singing Niko.
No, he isn't a run through fire player, but the man is class. Had Celtic signed him, I would be impressed. As to age, who are you to criticise when you have w*nked yourselves silly over the likes of Roy 'Two Knees Done' Keane, Graveson, Cole, Kazim Richards, Robbie Keane (here to win you the league remember?), Freddie Ljundberg. All a complete waste. If Niko is old, then what the hell was Roy Keane?. |

Moussa Dembele to Celtic
That's a terrific buy and shows Rodgers is getting backed by the board. |

I thought it was the Spurs player for a second, not the guy who finished in 20th place with Fulham.

Continue to wheel pensioners and duds from Accrington Stanley(WHO) into the Ibrox Retirement Home while Celtic continue to sign quality youngsters ![]() Last 3 players to join Celtic are Roberts, Ajer and Dembele average age of about 18/19, yet three highly thought of players. Last 3 to Sevco are Gilks, Over The and Kranjcar average age of about 35 haha |

Good job at disguising the hate. 17 goals for a side that finished 20th in the Championship and a player that other clubs were ready to sign. 19 with bags and bags of potential.
Still you have Kenny Miller so one cant complain. |

Who was ready to sign him? I bet you don't ever even see a Liverpool game at Anfield let alone a Fulham game.
Just a shame yous canny compete for quality and are in the market for duds, hasbeens and neverhavebeens instead, thats the price of being a wee diddy outfit. Remember this is only the beginning, we'll be adding 2-4 more quality players as well ![]() ![]()

Dembele for Ł500k, a steal at that price.
Was close to joining Spurs in January - IIRC It was an issue with Fulham wanted him loaned back which ended the deal. We've used the same rules that got us Matthews and Ledley from Cardiff. |

Scored 15 goals in his last 38 games in the Championship aged 19. Filip Waghorn only scored 20 goals in his last 116 games in the Championsip between the ages of 20-25.

He isn't even your player, you'e just developing him for Man City. Ajer you won't have seen anything about bar the mandatory 4 minute youtube clip of him nutmegging the same bloke from 3 different angles. With Ronny the clown gone who knows if he'll even play? |

Frankie Bhoy, Sevco would have gave up all the numpties you've signed to have added 2 players like Ajer and Dembele this summer.

He made his debut for Liverpool U18s on his 15th birthday. Still aged 15 he made his U19 debut side in a NextGen series match against Inter Milan, during the game ex-Liverpool striker Robbie Fowler said Rossiter was a talent comparable to Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard. For the 2013–14 season Rossiter, then 16, became a permanent fixture of Liverpool's U21 Premier League side and at the end of the season won Liverpool's Academy Player of the Year award. In September 2014, Rossiter was named as captain of Liverpool under-19s for the 2014–15 UEFA Youth League.
So would you be happy if Celtic signed him? How young you are or what league you came from means nothing. Last night proved that.

They signed a 19 year old Rossiter:

We're talking about guys quality just now in Ajer(playing first team football from age 15, Dembele about 70 games for Fulham at 19 and Roberts, tearing scottish football apart at 18 looking even better than Maloney or McGeady did at any point in their careers here. |

Just ignore Frankie. He's just jealous that we have signed a quality player that they couldn't get.

Rossiter was highly rated 5 years ago when he was 14/15, he looks like he developed into a Jamie Hamill, Morgaro Gomis or Willo Flood instead happens all the time see Feruz or Fleck.

“But Jordan Rossiter has moved up here into the first-team dressing room and is a valuable player for our squad at such a young age. He’s got maturity and he is one that will be staying here. We’ve got the Europe League and the cup games.”
You've got Roberts for what, a year? A guy that will be desperate to get back to impress the new manager instead of missing sitters up here. Ajer you can't know anything about, just like the rest of the 30 midfielders you have.

Yeah just like the other 10 strikers that were duds or 30 midfielders.
It's impressive that Celtic can attract a player from England who could play in the Premier League. |

No they weren't. He'd have tripled his wages, played in the best league in the world with and against some of the best players in the world all in front of 4.7 billion people. He just fell in love with the Forge shopping centre and the crap weather.

Wrong. 3 premier clubs were after him. Celtic got in first, probably due to the Rodgers factor.

Tottenham had agreed terms and he passed a medical in January, had it not been for Tottenham being unwilling to loan him back he'd be a spurs player right now. |

If a Premier league club wanted a young player they'll have him. Playing in front of a half full Celtic park against Partick Thistle for a quarter of the wages it wouldn't matter if Mourinho was the manager, never mind Brenda the failure.
How's Barton doing? . |
