No different to any other tax avoidance scheme which people or companies are advised to use only to find out the Taxman wants money his owed.

Rangers could of stopped using EBT's when the alarm bells started ringing way before 2010 but decided to keep using them even though they were very ambiguous.

The end result being the courts ruled with HRMC saying Tax is owed.

Let's not forget the whole players not being registered correctly whose side letters were ‘deliberately’ not disclosed in an effort of concealment.

The midfield put so much pressure on the defence simply because they can't hold onto the ball. The a lightest bit of pressure and the passing becomes erratic. Constantly give it away. Rodgers needs to be backed to bring in at minimum 1 central midfield player.

Brown shouldn't be in the team let alone captain.

They were wages and as such tax was due on them. That is the position of HMRC.

Rangers claimed they weren't wages so no tax was due.
