I guess you'll just have to stop getting so offended then. Either that or don't go to watch your team get massacred by Rangers, your choice.
And so much fail in one post. But let's focus on one part. Were you offended by Palestinian flags at Celtic Park last week? |

That is a discussion for another thread, not a football one.

I go to reply and it says 'I do not have permission to view that page' or posts have disappeared. It isn't really the best thread to discuss this in because it gets reported and disappears and the thread of the discussion is lost. UEFA will sort this all out as they have done before with their fines, it is up to the clubs and fans responsible to adhere to the rules or face the consequences. Can't say any fairer than that.

He never said what he thought of the tri colour flag you see Celtic fans use either.

There's also the fact he thinks it's my problem for being offended (I'm not) rather than the The Rangers fans' problem for actually singing it in the first place. It's the same logic used in the "I'm sorry if people were offended" non-apologies you always hear. |

Rules are not there to make people conform no matter what. A couple of Olympians 50 years ago did a black power movement salute when they got there medals. Against the rules yes but was it worth it. Of course!!!

I don't know what you heard or what you think you heard, but what do you want me to do about it?
I then asked if you were offended by the Palestinian flags. |

It is hardly the same situation to the civil rights movement. Trying to get rid of this sort of provocation and illicit banners is something UEFA fines big and small teams for. If it is left unchallenged it festers away and the motives behind these sort of protests are always highly questionable.

I didn't ask you to do anything about it. I asked you what you think the SPFL should do about it.
I then asked if you were offended by the Palestinian flags. |

So you do believe the Palestinian flag is illicit. Sorry but that shows exactly what kind of person you are.

Why what did they hear? Who complained about what? What specific charge are they up on?
But let's try and run with this. There was clear sectarian signing. I heard it, as did everyone else in the stadium. People at home would have heard it too if BT didn't turn down their mics to try and pretend it wasn't happening. So I'm now asking what you think the punishment should be for a club whose fans are found guilty of sectarian singing. After all, you're prepared to speculate on the punishment for a club who haven't actually been found guilty of anything yet, so why not do likewise here? |

Ah, so you're only prepared to enter into discussion when a club has actually been charged with something.

I didn't hear it and I won't be taking your opinion as gospel given you loathe Rangers, so thanks all the same. Until they are up on a charge there is nothing to say about it. Celtic are up on a charge and have been done for it before, that's the difference.
