I've been in the bookies near DFC's stadium & regularly seen home & away players in before a match.
If every player pulled up for sticking on a Saturday fixed odds coupon was hauled up before the beaks, there'd be a serious shortage of players able to turn out on a matchday.

Surprised about the home players but I guess they trust the bookie not to grass them in. Away players not so surprised about, would someone working in a bookies in Dumbarton recognise a Dunfermline player if they came in their shop?

I'd have thought most players who gamble on football would do it online using an account in a partners or relatives name.

Seen players in their Club tracksuits
The rule is a farce tbh, as long as they're betting on teams & players other than their own Club, who cares.

I'm surprised that they'd be so open about it.

Personally I'd change the rules to betting on Scottish football.

Maybe they are betting on something other than football.

A relatively comfortable game for Celtic last night but as can always happen when you are only 1 goal up things can get nervy towards the end.

Good to keep another clean sheet.

Hearts slipping up again. Weird season with the runner up teams all playing terrible so far, if things continue this way it'll be a record worst points total for 2nd place, be lucky if they get 60 points whoever manages to scrape into it.

Games like last night are definitely ones they need to win if they want to be up there at the end of the season.

Aberdeen at Ibrox next Saturday could be a good game. Can Aberdeen break their Ibrox hoodoo? Must be about 26 years since they've won there?

Think it was September 1991 last time Aberdeen won against Rangers at Ibrox.

2-0 win for them that day. Suprised it's been that long since they last won there.

I'm sure it'll be a very tough game for Rangers - and we've had quite a few tough games recently. We'll see how it goes.

Will it be death or glory for Celtic tonight?

Barcelona not playing at 100% just now but it'll take a monumental effort for Celtic to get anything from the game.

Ah well, it was death!

We had a few decent chances but tonight showed the difference between a good side and a world class one.

Celtic Underground saying we've signed Darlington Nagbe from Portland Timbers, coming to Celtic in January.

A US national player with 10 caps.

Looks like a new midfield partner for Scott Brown.

Sevco got out of jail there again, 3rd time in the League now I think they have sneaked wins after the 90th minute - usually said to be the mark of Champions but in their case the mark of a team who should be near relegation but have sneaked undeserved points. Lucky there too as Partick Thistle looked the team most likely to score throughout the game with their better attacking quality.

Sevco may beat their target of 55 points if they continue to sneak wins like that.

You said you didn't care about Rangers yet youre the only one talking about them on this thread now. Keep up the good work

Well done to Bonnyrigg Rose today, they put in a right good shift, a cracking day out in The Lothians was had. Thumbs up for the excellent social club and a very healthy crowd delaying the kick off.
Less said about The Sons performance, the better Take nothing away from Rose though, they could & should have won today.

Sevco lucky Craig Thomhun is refereeing it here, another Ref(except Madden or McLean) and it could have got more embarrassing.

Did Stevie Wonder scout Foderingham, Kiernan, Wilson, Tavernier, Crooks, Halliday, Holt, Forrester, Garner and Dodoo?

Joe "Swash, im not a footbller get me out of here" Garner is a fanny, constantly trying to injure players and when he's not doing that he's diving.

Laughingstock, was it £2million Dumb and Dumber forked out as well? we could have loaned you a better player from our under 19s.

Remember when Frankie said Rangers would be going for the title? How we can laugh at his prediction.
