A comfortable win today.

The woodwork and Foderingham, who I didn't rate before, saved The Rangers from a hiding.

19 points clear with a game in hand.
Undefeated
24 points picked up in December

Warburton is right about there not being a gulf in class - it's a fecking ocean in class.

Transfer window opens tomorrow and Brendan wants to sign reinforcements.

HNY when it comes folks.

Needs games. He's being converted to defender now, so needs to test himself. He won't get a game at the moment.

Magic, Steven McLean your boys took another beating get it right up ye!

2-1 going on 4-1 in reality, can't believe how many chances we missed also 3 times we were wrongly ruled offside when breaking clear through Izaguirre in the first, Sinclair in the first and Armstrong in the 2nd.

14 men against 11 and still victorious

Celtic I think may have a chance of winning the league against rangers at home in march .

Move to Hibs would be ideal for him, see Commons scored their winner today.

Would be fitting but doubt it'll happen - msm and police wont want it.

They'll not be able to do anything about it. The last game we played at Ibrox before today we could have won the League in that game, just the way it happens. They always try to avoid it after the split but the games are already decided.

Did the perfect storm of a Hogmanay Celtic v The Rangers game and street drinking being allowed between 6pm and 6am in Glasgow result in the levels of violence that people were worried about?

I believe not otherwise would've heard about it by now - only 3 arrests directly related to the match.

Was thinking the same.

If the weather stayed the way it was during the game that would have helped get people off the streets.

So, what are your hopes for your team in the January transfer window?

Celtic need a clear out of our keepers but that can wait until the summer.

In this window I think we need to sign another striker, we've not got much back up should Dembele or Griffiths get injured.

Dundee united need a striker cifti on loan maybe.

Between hibs and ourselves for the championship but I suppose the top league needs its biggest teams but only on merit nothing else.

It's some years now since the perceived big 6 of Celtic, rangers , hearts, hibs, Aberdeen and Dundee united have all been in the top league

I think we'd be happy to cut our losses on him and let you have him for free.

It could be all about the pay off.

But yet again only one of them may gain promotion just like the previous 2 seasons when 2 of the big 3 missed out (Hibs and Rangers) and last season when Hibs again missed out.

Will St Mirren survive relegation to league 1? Even if they do, I can't see them returning to the Premiership for a number of years yet.

And Morton seem to have replaced St Mirren as the top Renfrewshire senior team now. Is this permanent at least for a decade or 2 now?

And down the leagues, Edinburgh City have already come a long way in league 2 since earlier in the season. I can't see East Stirling coming back into the league proper for a long time, but suddenly now they seem to be going mad against their lowland league opponents nearly every week. From teams in league 2 having 20 to 30 shots at goal against them almost every week last season to scoring a hatful on an almost weekly basis home and away including scoring 10+ in one away game this season. How any team score 10 in a league match against another is beyond me.

No suprise. His attitude is terrible and will never make it as a top striker.

Is that the double over them at the Excelsior this season?

What do folk know about this Eboue? £3m is a hell of a lot to be spending on a 19 year old. It must spell the end for Bitton who is well down the pecking order these days.

Never heard of him but in Brendan I trust.

Expect Bitton to be punted in the summer.

What's the difference between Bradford Bulls and Rangers/The Rangers?

Bradford go into administration and then liquidation and are to be reformed as a new club yet we are supposed to believe that Rangers and The Rangers are the same team.

Simple. Rangers nearly died but survived because Green was able to start a new Plc. A move which was agreed on by all parties. Had that not happened, Rangers would have died. As the Plc owns the physical assets. Rangers would have had to continue as an amateur or junior club. Or simply wound themselves up as a professional club.

But incorporation I hear you say?. Surely that means Rangers FC and Rangers Plc both died at the same time. NO. Scottish law, as Lord Nimmo rightly pointed out, is clear that sports club and holding company/Plc still remain two separate legal entities.

What died was the Plc, not the club. And for all the pseudo-cleverness by Tic fans, by their logic, then Rangers ACTUALLY died in 1981. When the Plc was changed. So why aren't Celtic fans arguing we died in 1981?. And that 1982-2012 was a new club.

What Rangers went through would be the same in 1994 had McCann at al not saved Celtic and the bhoys went through the exact same problems. Had that happened, it would still be the same Celtic founded in 1888. Only with a new Plc. 1897-1994. Same Celtic, different company. As odd as it sounds, the Plc of a club 'owns' the football club's history as an asset. Any new Plc founded can transfer this history over and take ownership. As the new Tic plc did in 1994, and as Green did in 2012.

Bradford?. Again, simple. The administrators refused to accept any survival deal, and the club sadly has gone into liquidation, with no Plc to start up and take the club's assets inc history. So the difference between us in 2012 and sadly BB this week is actually quite simple.

Listen, I get it. Celtic fans think and wish we had died. I get it. I would be the same if Celtic had gone tits up in 1994 or next week. I am trying to be as honest as I can. Give the facts as opposed to the myth.

Rangers did not die. BUT they very nearly did. And we the fans can NEVER allow that to happen again.
