If the rumours are true then Boyd will be at Ibrox next season which means Kilmarnock are in trouble as his goals have basically kept them in the league. If Hamilton come up I could see them and Dundee battling it out at the bottom with the other bottom 6 teams not too far away. Hibs really do look like they are destined for the drop although there is still the chance they can escape.

Not sure whether to give credit to Doncaster and his mates or not as it's possibly a coincidence that 2nd and 3rd play each other tomorrow and 2nd place still up for grabs.

It's worked out well for Aberdeen though as they have sold over 17,000 tickets so far for the home end and should be sell out tomorrow morning, hopefully Motherwell bring a decent amount as well. A few quid extra through the gate and hopefully the 250k + for 2nd over 3rd.

It's been ridiculous that for all this long that the team who finished a poor 11th have automatically escaped relegation.

But even now why are Hibs automatically in the play off final when the other playoffs in the lower leagues the second bottom team have to win a 2 leg semi to make the final?

But it's good now that at long last the 11th place top tier team at the end of the season proper could get relegated. It was boring seeing potentially the same 11 clubs in the top tier every single seaso when the 11th place team never ever faced a relegation play off .

Just hope this is not a temporary thing that will only last until the top flight suits are happy that the 11 teams they want in the league every single year are immune to finishing last in the 12 team top league.

I guess Samaras won't be in the Celtic squad tomorrow since he was in Copenhagen winning Eurovision tonight.

Congrats to the Scotland U17's on reaching the semi-final of the European Championship. They have recovered well after an opening defeat by Portugal to go on and beat Germany then Switzerland today.

Holland in the semi should be a really hard game though ...

mostly watched the first half of the portugal/germany match, but watched the second half!

apparently an entirely different performance from scotland, thanks to the substitutions, and what a performance too

our third goal should have stood thanks to him controlling the ball with his hand BLATANTLY ..... but what a freaking save for the swiss penalty, which was another BLATANT dive!!!

and when was the last time, if any time, where scotland AND england went through the groups stages in either a UEFA or FIFA competition?

there was barely time to breathe, end to end, full on performances from BOTH teams ..... and DU were dangerous when they played it on the ground, but it wasn't their day hitting the woodwork twice and having some very good chances!

but this was all saints day, magnificent performance from st johnstone, every player deserves credit and their defence just threw themselves at everything dundee united put in the box!

and i even predicted the correct scoreline too

Couldn't believe the price considering the form of both teams and that Saints had beat them 3 times in a row without conceding a goal before today.

Delighted for Saints, some very good performances from their players today.

Yeah, I'm delighted for them too. For Wotherspoon especially, I met the team last season after a European night, Tommy Wright seemed such a nice guy.
