The St Mirren one should be banned for being honking. I don't see anything wrong with a flag like a Saltire or Tricolour or Union flag. You'll need to explain the 'political' part of it though?
NO flag designs on club strips!

"Power of Scotland"?

"Oh Power of Scotland!"

It's not St Mirren ugly but you know it isn't a nice strip when even Nike can't make it look good.

You can't seriously compare the Dundee derby for a relegation/mid table position in the Scottish Premiership to Hearts vs Hibs or Rangers vs Hearts/Hibs going for a title? That's nonsense that even Stephen Thompson would choke on!
Mid-table, my arse. United will be competing for second.

You're basing the 'excitement' of a lower league on three teams having two exciting games each. The Edinburgh derby can be exciting but with the way Hibs are it may be a one-sided affairs, and frankly I don't remember Hibs or Hearts v Rangers producing many classic encounters.

You finished 1 point ahead of Inverness Caledonian Thistle, you're more likely to be challenging them than Motherwell or Aberdeen who you finished well behind. The Dundee derby is only must see for the 12,000 that will turn up at each ground. A mid table outfit vs yo-yo relegation club being the supposed biggest game is why the league has no sponsors.

There will be 5000 at Motherwell v Hamilton if you are lucky

4th isn't mid table

You were 12 points from second and 5 points from 6th and also beaten rather easily off the mid table club in the cup final. Finishing 1 point above Inverness they can have as big a claim for second as Dundee Utd then. Aberdeen and Motherwell would be the favourites for second not Dundee Utd. As for the attendance figures that's the match that would be the 'must see' game given it is for a team who will be going for second vs probably the relegation favourites. I didn't say it was a good game, none in the Premiership look particularly interesting.

You better hope they do or Celtic Park will be emptier than Leigh Griffiths' skull. Do you seriously enjoy your 'must see' game against Aberdeen?
Aberdeen beat us twice last season. Dundee Utd can beat us at Tannadice. If if Rangers come up, they won't challenge us for years.

Seems John Collins and John Kennedy are close to becoming assistant manager and first team coach at Celtic.
Happy with JK geting a move up after his work with the youths, not so sure about Collins.

Butcher sacked, hardly a surprise.
Leanne Dempster flexing her muscles.

Rangers and probably Hearts will be in the Premiership this time next year anyway so no need to give away body parts to be in a league with that world famous Dundee derby. That wouldn't even be the biggest game incidentally given there will be a Lanarkshire derby between Motherwell and Hamilton that might actually have a bearing on second place.
Given what you have said are the biggest games in Scotland if only The Rangers get promoted, as is very much possible, is the Utopiaship still the best league?

NO flag designs on club strips!
Celtic have had the Irish tricolour, Aberdeen the Saltire and now The Rangers the Union Flag. Did you complain when Aberdeen had the Saltire?

Not in the actual design, no.

Let Aberdeen pride themselves on their Scottishness, let Rangers/The Rangers pride themselves on their Britishness, let Celtic pride themselves on their Irishness.

Until bigotry gets involved and it is taken too far and laws are broken it hurts absolutely nobody.

Flags don't bother me.

Does Dundee United (and indeed the SFA and SPFL) using a Lion Rampant mean they're staunch royalists, given that it's on the Royal Standard of Scotland?

Rangers have also had the saltire on their strips recently as well as a lion rampant on the club badge. Don't folk have something more interesting or important to worry about ?

Well first thoughts yesterday were that it's Ian Murray's job. However he's done an amazing job at Dumbarton I feel this job may be too big to take on early in his career.

Rumours yesterday of McCall and McFadden and Leanne virtually creaming over him in her interviews. They have worked closely and probably her number 1 choice. But would McCall leave all his good work and Europe to drop down a division we may not get promoted from.

Big Alex McLeish another rumour, he's did it before in the second tier for us, he's desperate to get back in the game.

Personally I'd have let Butcher stay and try sort out his mess with his own team but Williams was right, how did he expect the team to play for him if he told them they won't be here next season.

Mark McGhee was also at Motherwell and did ok how come his name is not mentioned? Mixu Paatelainen also did a good job in the past.

That incident was 16 years ago now. You have to let bygones be bygones.

One of my best mates now is a guy I must have had about 5 fights with when I was at school.
