The rule Legia broke could not be clearer.

Play a suspended player in a match - you lose 3-0.

Of course had Legia score one of their two penalties in the first match it wouldn't be a problem.

But none of it is Celtics fault though, it has nothing to do with them, but i agree, very embarrassing for them and the people who ballsed it up, but again not their fault, thems the rules.

My favourite part is the rest of Scottish football fans raging about it.

That aside it's a huge let off and not one Celtic initiated. The uefa delegate noticed the administrative error. The Polish club may appeal but uefa only followed there own rules in the same way they always have in these cases.
