I think they would have myself. The two teams are ranked around the same by UEFA but I thought Legia looked a far better outfit.

The real icing on the cake would be Legia pumping them in the Europa. Celtic didn't deserve to be in the competition and it showed and they went out painfully and comically.
In positive news Hibs won!

Shame that theres no Scottish team in the CL this season, its bad for Scottish football. Not a Celtic fan but i would have liked to have seen them in the CL even if they did get hammered.
That McGregor boy is a headless chicken, is Strachan trying to help Celtic out calling up him, Mulgrew and Gordon? Efe Ambrose has to be one of the worst footballers I've ever seen.

Hibs were rotten tonight but scraped through. Cracking goal by Sam Stanton to win it though.
The way the victory came about with 3 late goals may galvanise the side. At 0-2 they were playing at pre-season pace until El Alagui got us back in the game. I would love to see an El Alagui and Leigh Griffiths partnership.

The draw for the League Cup round 3 is at 1pm tomorrow. The seeded teams are-
Celtic, Motherwell, Aberdeen, Dundee Utd, St Johnstone, ICT/Rangers, Ross County & St Mirren.
One of those things is not like the others.
I presume the SPFL are hoping ICT beat Rangers, because their draw is going to look beyond ****ing ridiculous if Rangers are seeded but Killie & Partick Thistle aren't.

Dumbarton will be doing well to finish third bottom at this rate. No real surprises in the cup last night but Dumbarton came closest to pulling off one.

You're playing for 4 months on a Thursday night and league on a Sunday in a competition that is pretty poor until it gets to the latter stages. It would be fun to see them playing Legia again or maybe Everton.
