Berget is no left winger - he either plays up front or doesn't play at all.

Looks like the Scepovic deal is off so I hope we've got another striker lined up.

Also need some bite in midfield as we're too soft.

Does anyone think celtic might struggle to get out this form slump.

The teams who are around four or five points ahead of Celtic need to take advantage

I think they will get out of this and still win the league no problem.

The problem they have is that they are easily capable of spening £3-£4 on a player or even several of them. However players in this price range also attract the likes of Stoke, Blackburn etc etc who are all more than willing to throw 30k per week wages at them.

They used to have the lure of CL games and old firm matches but I wouldn't be certain of either of them happening anytime soon.

Seems that despite agreeing Personal terms, passing a medical and Celtic agreeing a fee with Gijon - Scepovic is signing for Getafe.

Celtic ship out Pukki, Balde and Fridjonson.

At the moment there are only two strikers at the club.

McGeough apparently off to Hibs on loan.

Interesting news from Holland - Van Dijk has received his first call up to the Holland Squad.

Celtic have now signed Stefan Scepovic after he realised there is nowhere else for him to go.

Guidetti from Man City also about to sign on a one year loan.

Getafe couldn't match what we had offered him, what they did offer him fell foul of La Liga rules according to Guillem Balague

Guidetti loan deal is apparently dead in the water - however he may join tomorrow on a permanent deal as a free transfer.

It seems Celtic were his first choice after all.

There is a rumour that it was his wife who wanted for him to go to Getafe so she could stay in spain.

Funnily enough the boys in the pub said something similar - it was like watching an SPFL match, same level of quality ... only the Wembley crowd made less atmosphere.

Interestingly Germany were humped 4-2 by Argentina at home tonight and at one point it was 4-0 so I reckon Scotland must be gathering some sort of hope for Sunday - our strikers must be licking their lips.

How the hell can you sell the stadium naming rights and end up £249.999 out of pocket?

Guidetti loan move given approval by Lawwell, eh sorry FIFA

Great week for us, Pukki and Balde out, Scepovic and Guidetti in, Van Dijk kept and called up for Holland and more worry and panic at Poundland.

Total domination by the Germans so far. 78% possession and the Scots haven't had a shot in anger
