Continuation of: World Wrestling Entertainment Discussion XXVII (Spoilers)
One of the most random heel turns ever!!!!!! Try the most random heel turn ever!

Nothing will or has ever come close to that on the unexpected stakes, i remember watching it live at the time thinking my eyes were playing tricks on me because i was so tired, but no it was real! I adored heel Coach he was so entertaining the crowd would go nuts everytime he got his ass whooped that's how good he was!

2003 for me was an amazing year just top quality stuff through out i loved everything about that year! I will add to your list the Kane/Shane McMahon feud to, that was AMAZING they produced two top quality matches!

The DS mods must have gone new thread crazy tonight.

From previous thread.

Try and check out the Royal Albert Hall one too.
I've got that on tagged classics. The Royal Albert Hall is a fantastic setting and it's a shame they never went back there again.

Can't quote it because of new thread but someone on the last thread said something like a torn tricep (cena's injury) is often as a result of anabolic steroid use.

Where do people get this info from. I have never heard such rubbish in my life. I'm not saying Cena has never taken steroids and I'm not saying he has. But you don't have to be a doctor to know that drugs don't tear your muscles.

Some people just really want to find things wrong with the guy. I'm not really a fan of his but the levels that people go to is hilariously pathetic.

I'd imagine the poster meant that it puts strain/pressure on that specific muscle making the injury more likely to happen rather than being a direct symptom of taking them.

It's still rubbish. If anything steroids encourage muscle growth and recovery. It's just Cena-hating and its stupid.

There is a lot about this in the Observer. The reason this is thought is there were almost no torn triceps, torn pecs, torn lats and torn quads in the NFL before steroids were around, and then they started becoming common.

The Wrestling Observer says:

When it comes to Cena and PEDs, every discussion is going to end with this. If you insinuate heís clean, or even the possibility of it, youíll get many wrestlers saying youíre hopelessly naive and say there is absolutely no way. Saying anything stronger would leave one open for libel, given there is no evidence out there that Cena isnít telling the truth, even though the dreaded eye test makes one question just based on his physique. And he does train hard, is exceptionally strong, trains heavy when not injured, and does have freaky genetics, and Iíve known some genetic freaks who donít take anything and nobody would ever believe it by looking at them. But usually they are smaller than Cena, even if just as much if not more muscular.
The issue goes on to actually feel sympathetic towards Cena, given he got booed heavily on Raw despite being obviously hurt.

I did feel sorry for Cena on Raw, he busted his ass off the previous night, all the while he had that injury, and people boo him still, I did think that was a bit of a poor effort from the crowd there.

Fans are allowed to boo and cheer whoever and whatever they like. They pay a ton of money to have fun and enjoy themselves

Thing about Cena is he gets boos and cheers no matter what he does, heel or face, people hate to love him and others love to hate him.

For some reason it just amused me slightly to wonder whether Cena got that torn triceps taking part in that silly wood chopping contest in Total Divas!

Do we get that show over here?

Anyway, I am to meet Good Old JR tonight, as he is doing a tour of the UK at the moment, so it should be good!

Anyone else going to see him on his tour?

Wish I could I am so jealous! Trouble is his nearest stop to hear would have meant a round trip of over 100 miles and I'm trying to save for Raw in November.

Enjoy and don't forget to report back!

Best thing people can do with Cena is ignore him. Don't boo or cheer. That way a message is sent to WWE.

Personally I don't dislike him. is he the best wrestler in the company? Absolutely not. Is he the most entertaining? Absolutely not. Does he draw the best crowd interaction around the world regardless of his positivity or negativity? Yes.

I don't understand why the boring chants haven't caught on, WWE obviously hates them and I feel like at this stage more people are tired of Cena's act rather than thinking he actually does suck.

Spot on. I don't like Cena's character but I do respect the fact he's the biggest draw for the company and despite what people think he's no slouch in the ring.

Those who feud with Cena get over, that's why he's so valuable to the company.

I went to the London show as well last night. What did you think? I just loved it. Could've listened to him all night. That story about him being involved in a plot to murder Ted Dibiase Sr. and having to put out a fire on a blind mans crotch had me in stitches at time. Me and my mate were among the last to meet him (5th last in the whole place! Waited nearly 2 hours!) and he was still friendly and personable and seemed genuinely appreciative that I'd come out to see him. Took so long that I missed the last Tube home and had to get the night bus home with all the drunks!

If the fans were chanting "Die Cena die" during his promo i'd agree but come on booing is the least harmful thing fans do. Fans do pay a lot of money to go trust me and i should be allowed to boo Cena no matter what. Its not like fans are jumping into the ring to stab the guy

I don't get all these idiots who make out as if Cena is a useless wrestler. He wasn't great in the ring when he first got the title in 2005 and struggled to look the part against people like Angle and Jericho but he's clearly one of the top workers in the world now. I really can't think of a bad big time match he's had in a long while.

Cena vs Rock at Wrestlemania was a shambles. Though overall Cena's ring work has actually been pretty good for a couple of years now.

Aye it wasn't the best match that and neither was the Punk/Rock double! But that was purely due to the fact that The Rock couldn't keep up with the pace with both of them and it hampered it big time!

I detest this idea that Cena needs carried or that he cant perform because those are beyond ludicrous, Cena is one of the hardest workers in the company and produces some of the most entertaining and memorable matches in this era and he has fully earned his spot at the top! I'd imagine any serious WWE star would kill for Cena reactions, boo's or cheers!

I didn't know that until he mentioned it!
