"Challenge accepted to bring awareness for struggle with PTSD. Day 1. 22 push-ups for 22 days, PTSD Awareness campaign for the 22 suicides happening each day from military, police, fire fighters & EMS. I've been nominated by
Record & post your push ups each day. If you can't do 22 do what you can.
The rules are simple:* Once you are nominated you start the following day. Try your best to reach 22. If that means doing assisted (from your knees) push-ups or that you have to stop and take a break that's fine but try to get them all done in one video.* Every day you must nominate a different person. Try to choose people you think will want to do this and/or have the ability to do it.*
Have fun with this it is not designed to embarrass anyone, just to raise awareness. This is a simple and fun way to get the word out about a matter that more people need to be aware off. 22 veterans commit suicide per day (yes you read that correctly 😔
