Four competitors in the WTA contest were knocked out today.

The most surprising exit was from Sam Stosur, as she lost to American qualifier Victoria Duval from a set up. This result means it's the end of the road of MinkyJoe.

Ashtray also departed the competition, as seventeenth seed Domikia Cibulkova was also on the receiving end of an upset, as she was beating by Elina Svitolina in straight sets.

Varvara Lepchenko's three set defeat to Alexandra Dulgheru means that javjamoll goes out.

Yakutz as unable to make his selection for the day before the 4pm deadline, so was unfortunately eliminated.

12 people remain the the WTA contest.
