I presume the answer would be yes but a) it feels like The Vic could do with some fresh blood and b) I'm intrigued as to where the Carters would go and what they would do if they left the Vic. I suppose Nancy would still work at the pub, Lee could actually do some army service for a change but I can't see Mick and Linda wanting to work underneath someone else. Would they buy the B&B?

It doesn't even feel in-character for them to be there anymore. I just don't buy that Linda isn't wanting out after the rape. Mick naturally would go along with whatever she wanted.

I've seen you moan about this before... There's not that many black people in a lot of parts of East London, whilst there are also parts where black people dominate the population. Walford is obviously fictionally one of the former parts. The scenes in the 30th anniversary week also suggest that Walford is quite close to Central London.

There are some excellent points here. If DTC cares about EE as much as he says he does then why is the show about one family and not an ensemble drama? It reeks of favouritism and immaturity in my opinion.
Have you commissioned the Kat and Alfie spin-off because you really believe that they deserve it or are you axing them but are too gutless to tell Shane and Jessie the truth and are giving them a spin-off to soften the blow?
If so, it's a despicable thing to do, grow a pair and tell the truth you gutless wonder!
