Really enjoying this, I did think it would be the typical comedy 1st single, name checking etc. But this is impressive.

'Not Afraid' was the lead from recovery and didn't have any 'comedy'!

Thinking about it.. that's probably why I think Recovery is his worse album to date. It lacks the humor that the others had

It sounds like a tribute to classic rap, and particularly Adam Yauch. Good stuff.

Haven't made my mind up on this, love the beat and some of the lyrics. Not sure Em is suited to this kind of rap now though, it's a big ask to do it as well as he did on the MMLP

Do you mean no bad language ?

Its cited as Berserk (Clean) so i assume on the album there will be an explicit version, i do love it tho, defo tribute to Beastie boys, back to real hip hop, i cannot wait till nov 5th

Drop the attitude, I said typical, not compulsory. I am a fan, I like him a lot, it isn't an insult. But most first singles, see that? MOST, have gone for comedy.

I mean the main reason people like eminem is because of his lyrics..hes famous for lyrics, but hes not saying anything of note he isnt even hardly rhyming anymore and seems to be just making weird noises. The beat and chorus is great.

It also a tribute to LL cool J - I can't live with my radio

To be fair, it's one single ahead of the album. If the entire MMLP2 album contained such fluff and no substance, then I'd agree, but as of right now, it's cool - he's having a little fun.

It's certainly not on the talking crap level of "Big Weenie" or "Fack".

The lyric video is out. The proper one is out on Monday. I'm actually surprised at how catchy some of it really is. It would go over most casual fans heads without them seeing word for word what he is saying.

I can't wait for MMLP2. Loving Berzerk. The peroxide is back, he means business.

He was number 1 for 2 days straight when it was released in the US. Then he fell to number 2. I know there was an article that said he sold 360,000 downloads to get to number 1 in the US itunes but I don't know if that's considered a lot now or not.

Another good thing about it is that is an official theme song for the NFL so it will get played lots and the other song Survivor is the official theme song for Call of Duty Ghosts so there will be plenty of money made from those deals alone.

Rick Rubin producing the album should be good. Good week for Interscope, they have Queen of the gays Lady Gaga one week and then Eminem the week after lol. One has been around since 2008, the other has sold over 100 million records since 1999 outselling Britney, Christina, U2, Madonna, every rock band under the sun between 2000 and 2010.

His 2010 Recovery album shifted over 700,000 copies in America alone in it's first week. I think this album will be similar.
