'The Beast Below' (in a conversation with Amy)
'The Doctor's Wife' (sort of, with Amy and Rory)

There weren't that many.

The Doctor's Wife

HOUSE:
We are in your Universe now, Doctor. Why should it matter to me in which room you die? I can kill you just as easily here as anywhere. Fear me. I've killed hundreds of Time Lords.

DOCTOR:
Fear ME. I've killed all of them.

DOCTOR:
No. There are Time Lords here. I heard them and they need me.

AMY:
You told me about your people and you told me what you did.

DOCTOR:
Yes, but if they're like the Corsair, they're good, I can save them!

AMY:
Then tell them you destroyed the others?!

DOCTOR:
I can explain. Tell them why I had to.

AMY:
You want to be forgiven.

DOCTOR:
Don't we all?

Hang on until the 23rd of November and you'll have no shortage of them.

Are we going to count the dialogue introducing Hurt provisionally? It wasn't explicit and Moffatt is tricksy but I don't think it's controversial to say that it was clearly meant to conjure the war.

The Beast Below. The Doctor's Wife. The Rings of Akhaten. Journey to the Center of the TARDIS. These are the stories the Last Great Time War were brought up during Eleven's run. Or at least the ones I can recall. I know there hasn't been that much. I'm perfectly fine with that, since I thought it was a bit too overplayed with Ten.

There also have been some last of his kind mentions, for example in Vampires of Venice and The Hungry Earth for example.

But I'm also glad that he seems to have moved on from the whole thing a bit since Ten, which makes sense especially as it now has been over 300 years ago.

I mean he obviously hasn't forgotten it as he still brings it up sometimes and it still influences some of his actions, but IMO there's no need for him to bring it up every episode.

Umm, it's already been mentioned twice, including by the OP.

Death Of the Doctor

Jo brings up the Time Lords, and The Doctor just lets it go, but you can see by the look on his face he doesn't want to tell her what happened.

I also think of A Town Called Mercy as referring vaguely to the Time War, with The Doctor putting his guilt onto Jex, when he says he "has to answer for his crimes". There's also the bit about Jex looking into a mirror.

Isn't it mentioned obliquely at the end of "The God Complex" too - when the minotour/nimon dies ?

Do you mean this?

"An ancient creature, drenched in the blood of the innocents. Drifting in space through an endless shifting maze. To such a creature…death would be a gift. It accepted… Then sleep well… I wasn't talking about myself…"
