There is no need to repair or "use" other software or "flash" it.

With the correct sim card in the phone leave the phone switched on for around 24 hours. After this time, switch the phone off and switch back on. It should work.

Its a lesson to everyone to forget trying to unlock NEC phones with codes and not listen to the ones with knowledge learnt from google.

When i switch it on with no sim cardin it it says:

"No USIM card present. Only emergency calls canbe made" .

How much would it cost to flash this phone?

And any ideas on what can be done. I am currently trying what somebody else said, leave it on for 24 hours. I have tried to temparay unlock it. And have entered the unlock code wrong 3 times.

Its a perfectly normal message to display when it has no sim card in the phone. Its simialar to what all phones display.

Didnt you read what I said? Flashing it wont reset counter.

Do what I said, leave it alone for 24 hours switched on with the original sim card inside the phone.

Also there are no 'codes' that will help you.

Oh well its scrap then (you need the three sim card)....throw it away or find someone to buy it cheap.

I think they only sell for about £20 now anyway.

Why dont you buy the 338, its a better phone and is now only £50 or something....

NEC e313 problem. Will not charge, seems to have a problem with the charge port. Where can I get it repaired asap. Know the phone is not expensive but my phone numbers are on the phone and not the sim.
