We have two new kittens - one is super out going and happy go lucky and the other is quite shy and hides a lot,

She is slowly coming out of her shell but do you think she's just a shy cat or will she grow out of it?

Varies. One of ours was a very outgoing kitten but he grew up being very nervous of strangers. He didn't have any bad experiences... and he adores us... but doesn't like strangers.

Another was hardly handled as a very small kitten and very wary of us growing up. Now she's a total tart and will go to anyone for a cuddle.

Sparky was shy when i first had him but after a few weeks he came around , now he thinks he owns the joint lol.
