I think she is because she's leaving in 2 days and she's getting shot. Has there been any conformation?

I don't think it has been confirmed either way. My theory is that you think she is dead then we see her leave the village..maybe to live with Jacqui.

It doesn't say, its very ambiguous. The spoilers say she departs in the same week she is shot by Dr Browning. They could pull a Claire and have Mercedes arrive at the docks too late as Myra is nowhere to be seen in the water, before at the end of the episode, Myra climbs into a cab and tells the driver to go anywhere but Hollyoaks.

Or she could just die by the hands of Browning.

All the articles to do with the shooting have said "the shooting happens on... such a date", not that her last episode/exit is that date, which makes it look like she appears after. But I could be reading too much into it.

It hasn't been confirmed....but I am very suspicious.

I cannot see Myra leaving her family?! But maybe if it's to protect them from Trevor then it makes sense. If he thinks she is dead he will leave them alone, hopefully.

But in all interviews Nicole has not even mentioned a possibility of Myra surviving....never discussed the possibilty of coming back if Myra doesn't die....her exit seems very definite.

I've been changing my mind all week but I think I'm going to stick now with the she won't die option...

Does anyone this important of a character really die in Hollyoaks? Sure characters die left, right and center in the village but if they are important enough they always seem to rise from the grave. Unless you are related to Tom of course There's no coming back from that!!!

Wikipedia says the 3rd September on Channel 4 is her last appearance.

Wiki doesn't know anything more than we do. It's not a reliable source.

I was thinking Mercedes manages to get on the roof, then she shoots Browning. Myra takes the blame for her and the picture with Myra getting shot is fake (probably totally wrong, but just a theory)

Myra just leaving her family would be a hard one to believe but this is Hollyoaks and they do re-use the "on the run " storyline a lot. Myra could join Bart and Jacqui in the secret location where the McQueen' family go to when they are on the run from the police and/or gangsters

I'm pretty sure all I've read is that Dr Browning shoots her but I haven't seen any mention of a death.

I don't think she dies. I think we'll be made to think she does and then she'll leave the village alive.

She could leave on the run seeing as Browning wants her dead and so does Trevor? I hope she has final scenes with Carmel, John Paul, Theresa and Mercedes.

I'd like to think Jacqui, Bart and Michaela are living together somewhere, I like the idea of the departed McQueens all being together.

I'm pretty sure she is. It's been confirmed that the actress is leaving and there have been many images suggesting that she is shot, but nothing actually confirms that she's dead. Maybe there'll be a shock ending or something where it turns out she's alive. I think this will be in tomorrows E4 episode.

Agreed.

As popmusicman said in their post, I think Myra will be the next 'Oaks character to go off, on the run.

I do not think she will die, because I think Hollyoaks will want to keep the door open for the actress, considering how strong she is. Myra also has ties in the show and if the actress wanted to come back, then she will have her family to return to.

Wiki isn't reliable. I could go on there just now and change it to say she leaves on the 12th of Never, if I wanted.

It doesn't have any insider knowledge like DS does. And DS only says she leaves in September.

I think/hope we her a shock in that Jacqui will appear this week, possibly to take Myra away to safety.

I don't think Myra will die though.

I'd like to think that she gets shot, falls into the water, and thats the end of it......... As in, we dont see her go on the run, but a body is never discovered, so nobody knows either way whether she is actually dead or on the run - not even the viewers...

Either way, at least we wont have long to wait now!!

My theory is...

She survives and goes to live with Jacqui BUT it looks as though she's been murdered and Browning will get sent down for a murder he didn't do - bringing a balance to the fact he did kill Lyndsey and should be rightfully jailed for a murder.

If Myra does get killed off I will have to take an extended break from Hollyoaks to get over the shock of it all

I'm aware but I don't think people care enough to falsely edit the HO wiki. It's never steered me wrong before. But we'll see.

I've seen it incorrect many of times. If Hollyoaks want to keep it a surprise, then they will. Wiki never revealed Lynsey's departure did it? It's no more inaccurate than the discussion here, Wiki can't be any more certain of Myra's last eps than we can.

I'm on about dates. Lynsey's death obviously wasn't put on because that was meant to be a shock exit. Myra's has been confirmed weeks before her actual exit. And when have you seen the dates wrong? It's been right for Brendan, Cheryl, Jacqui, Mitzeee, Nate, Seamus and more.
