I agree. They are.

When are we going to get an Ain't Nobody track.

Like Misha B who fell into the B2 whenever she changed a song into something uptempo and fun, I won't care so much if Tamera goes having done performances which are fun and upbeat in her own way. Like Ain't Nobody. Or do a contemporary ballad like Beneath Your Beautiful which she understood perfectly. She wouldn't understand songs like Cry Me A River and I Have Nothing but she is being made to do this sort of thing...it's getting annoying. Hopefully she'll do a great job with First Time...which I SO HOPE she gets.

I'm not sure about the big moments. One of the big criticisms of Tamera, unfounded IMO, is that she does not connect emotionally. So I would like her to do a stripped down gentle version, closer to the Roberta Flack original. It will give her less to think about and she could even shut her eyes for the most of it, with lots of close ups! Trying to oversing it will lead to comparisons to the Leona version (or Jen Hudson, which was awful), which are not required at this moment!

Agreed on this Ranger!!

I do seem to have the same problem with the connection as well but loved 4 of her performances, no doubt. She does need to do a strip down and found her own identity. Actually, I feel that the later she comes on the show the worse it gets for her and becomes more nervous. I felt an early slot last weekend would have done her a lot of good IMO - and I did stress this out on the main forum a day before she did Impossible

I'm excited to see what she's singing this week and to find song the viewers chose I think it will be either The First Time I Saw Your Face or This Woman's Work.

As the Jukebox song picked by the viewers will defintley be a ballad I really hope the other she gets is a Uptempo song .

Great first song for her I think if she gets The First Time as the Jukebox song then she will have a great night .

Nice song! Pressure's on her to deliver both. If she does, we could have another Alexandra moment.

I'm just hoping it's enough to get her out of the B2 because she's due an early slot this week. Then she can come back pimp slot for the semi-final/final if she makes it and shock everyone. Week 8 is usually the week - LOTS more people start voting.

Also remember with the running order. Matt had Nights of White Satin not having been pimped (second last in the order). Alex's Listen was right in the middle of the Week 8 performances and she still won that week of voting.

James's Let's Get It On (when he got the massive spike in voting in Week 8) was again penultimate (like Matt) and he still won that week. Little Mix also had a massive spike in Week 7 from the penultimate slot (Don't Let Go). I think they were planning to do that with Tamera's Impossible but it didn't quite work out that way...

Shame...hopefully she can bring it back this week.

Well done to Tamera tonight guys! My favourite performance (not vocal) from her since week 2!

However, I feel like the stylists made it more of a 'joke performance' than a serious one. Slightly unfair on her, I feel.

I agree. The styling was a mess.

But overall it was a great performance.

It's not fair that the stylist can make people look that ridiculous, I don't think. They should be consistent. If I was Tamera I would of refused!

That was beautiful! She went off just before the end!

But....why did the audience seem so silent with her?

She may have just secured herself through to next week!

You know what, she won't match Leona but tonight she properly connected with her 2nd performance. Well done Tamera!!

Her second performance was beautiful. I hate that song but her tone was just incredible and very soothing.
