I know wtf? I kind of knew this was going to happen because of how this country votes. It's a shame. I was hoping to be proved wrong.

Gutted she was bottom 2 but a part of me kind of expected it I mean l thought she was good but she was one really early for a start and also had a quite forgettable song choice compared to some of the others . But I'm glad she is through and lets hope she comes back fighting next Saturday .

I really think it's open this year like 2009. And if we look at the voting stats for that year, it was everywhere. Acts coming 1st then dropping to B2 in the space of 1 or 2 weeks (Danyl and Rachel). I think Tamera can still recover, if she does another Beneath Your Beautiful in a pimp slot.

I was wrong about Tamera, at the start I didn't like her, I thought she was overrated and I was convinced she wasn't all that nice because of all these bullying stories.
But now, I find that I enjoy her performances every week and I didn't want her to be in the bottom two and from now on i'm going to try to stop the media from poisoning my mind! Also, i'm slightly jealous of her because she's stunning *sigh* |

On average, Tamera has been at another level performance-wise. Even her sing-off song showed class and composure.

It needs to be something up-tempo, something that lets her personality shine. I don't want her to be standing still singing a ballad every week. She needs to showcase that she's a performer!

Yes she showed potential with Ain't nobody that she can be a good performer .

She should have done a proper disco number last week instead of Wishing On A Star - that may have been the reason why she was in the bottom 2. However, I thought the performance was wonderful
It annoys me she hasn't done an uptempo song for the past three weeks. ![]() Her week 1 performance was what made me change my mind about her. We need that Tamera back.

Agreed. She is a phenomenal performer. Yes she's no where near as vocally good as Alexandra (my all time fave as you all know) but if we look at the charts right now there really is no female who is a vocal powerhouse. I think having the whole package is far more important and Tamera has it and a great voice - she's not average but still a lot of work to do vocally.

I think Ain't no other Man by Christina Agulera would be a great song for her to do for Big Band Week I'm rooting for that or My Funny Valentine .

Candyman by Xtina would be perfect. Or My Funny Valentine! That would make for such classy viewing. But no yeah I agree she needs to do something uptempo again.
I really think Listen was a stupid choice by whoever it was who gave it to Tamera - instead of doing something cool and interesting they shoved the same old song used every year! |

I know she should be doing something uptempo or at least lively jazz. Julie London is really jazzy and they picked her most dreary song! Her cover version of Fly Me To The Moon would have been better.

Cry Me A River wasn't the song I had in mind for her but actually thinking about it I think it will suit her well .
