Also I REALLY want her to get an upbeat song now! She has to show off her amazing performance skills! It's the fun Tamera that the younger demographics would enjoy!

Oh my god - Tee being supported by Rihanna is godsend - that will definitely increase her support with her target demo!

Tamera's got 160k Twitter followers now following Sat performance and Rihanna's support! That means the rankings for Twitter followers so far are:

Sam C - 205k
Nick - 185k
Luke - 164k
Tamera - 160k
Rough Copy - 148k
Sam B - 141k
Hannah - 84k

She's catching up to Luke FAST.

Diamonds are forever she's singing this week I think it's a good choice as I can imagine her singing it already it will suit her voice.

I think this will show some of her personality... about time!

I can't wait. It's definitely the most interesting song (besides Viva La Vida) of the 7. I just hope she does a remix/upbeat/sassy version.

So do I, straight Shirley version could be misjudged!

The annoying thing is that Tamera will do a great vocal performance regardless as she has always done but whether people will like it or not depends on whether she does it uptempo/in a current way or not. That's what's annoying. Sam B and Nick do the same thing all the time yet are hardly ever slated for being boring/predictable.

I think they're walking on eggshells with Tamera. If they let her do her thing like Cher Lloyd and Misha, she will just fall flat and die. So they've done the complete opposite and it doesn't seem to be any better. Hopefully after weeks of playing it safe with her, they make her show her personality and shoot up in the polls.

I think she'll be in danger this week

Quote:
“ Aside from her strutting and assured take on 'Ain't Nobody' in week one, her performances have been a little too timid, her personality a little bit too restrained and she's not been warm enough to win over voters. Hence her spot in the bottom two a fortnight ago. She may still win a record deal (and be the real winner), but her chances of winning the whole show are looking slimmer by the week.”

^ And that is why she needs up-tempos.

I hope she isn't doing the straight-up Shirley version!

And she needs to appeal to her target demographic. It's not just older demographics who vote but teenage girls who instead will be voting for Sam Callahan. She needs to show her fun side again! Like Cher did - all those weeks leading up to Week 4 when she surprised everyone with Stay.

Such a shame she forgot her lyrics because I actually thought it was a good performance up until that point the high notes at the end were amazing !

You know what..she did sing well tonight but at this stage you can't forget your words. She'll be very very lucky if she escapes the B2 tomorrow night. As Tamera is my No.1 choice this year, I have to be critical and be brutally honest about this sadly.

While I agree and it was awkward, she still sounded lovely. She has been given vocal performance after performance every week and really doesn't deserve to go after this!

She should have stuck to Bohemian Rhapsody! That would have been amazing!
