Thank you for bringing up this issue K9fan.
His whole delivery of his spiel to Carla was what caught my attention much more than what he was actually saying to her.
He was so matter of fact and so pathetic at the same time. It's like he expected her to pat him on the head nearly and say that he'd been a good boy for coming clean and owning up to the truth. Mind you I don't have much sympathy for Carla either, she'll continue to carry on with her double standards where infidelity is concerned I'm sure. But at least now she gets to experience what it's like having the father of your baby fooling around behind your back first hand.
It's like he thought he deserved a little bit of praise for working up the bottle (lol) to be honest and admit that he's a creep.
I did feel for him tbh, he never looked more pathetic and small and it might have been an illusion but even his head seemed to have shrunken and it must have been awful to be in his shoes. But then, does he really give a toss when alls said and done? There's still not even a whiff of genuine remorse for his actions, except that he'd been found out.
Would have to say I'm quite sure that Ken will stand by him and provide the brat with a shoulder to cry on as ever. That is the Barlow way lol.
