To be fair, I think American housemates are ALWAYS baffled by the English belief that public farting is hilarious and wonderful. Does any other country actually share this belief?

Her logic being that if she's up against them, then surely she'll go.
That's why she cheered when her name was announced
and why she said "I hope it's Charlotte" when BB said "and the next person up for eviction is..."
She just made up some stupid excuse about them both farting, that's all. Don't look any deeper into it than that.
Charlotte, Carol & Courtney all like each other and get along just fine.

I think they might be Gina's cast-offs.
Courtney's whole look is just an act, it's like a character for her to play.
She started doing that before she got married to get herself into the public eye and to make money off tabloids. Now that she's married and her husband isn't entirely relevant anymore they've been playing off that.
If you go watch interviews with them both they look like they're on drugs, very spacy. This time in the CBB house is the most 'real' anyone has ever seen her.
