slow texts
guys
can any one tell me why texts take up to a day to exchangeor is there something wrong |

sorry
my wife asked the question because she texted her friend last night and she did not receive it till this morning
sorry i did nt know that it was handset and provider specific i do not know the text recipiants details it was more of a general question really thx tim |

O2 and especially Orange can be very slow at sending / receiving texts.

Unfortunately, until the machines take over, we must tolerate these occasional data losses. In years to come, the old gsm networks will become obselete and these little quirks will be referred to with affection. |
