Liz and Owen did actually happen if i remember rightly but almost immediately after they got together Beverly Callard went off on sick leave and the relationship broke down off-screen. I like Owen and Anna together though so wouldn't want this one to be revisited. Liz should be with Jim who should surely be getting released from prison soon.
