Carol can be a right bitch, yet i thought she was very calm in that situation because if it was me i would have been really annoyed(and wanting to vomit) Lauren is not very nice at all, i would hate to be stuck in that little room with her.

I thought Carol handled it very well, Lauren was ridiculous for having a strop about it - if she doesn't like being told to do it then she could just flush the toilet in the first place. She's a grown woman for goodness sake.

TBH I was relieved she mansged to get it in the pan.
